🐄🐞 What the Ladybird Heard 🐞🐄

We have had so much fun with our learning this term… we would like to show you some of the amazing provision we have had in place for your children to explore. We hope you can use these pictures to help your child talk to you at home about their learning and what they have enjoyed exploring whilst with us. We have especially loved listening to Julia Donaldson song her song about the ladybird… we laughed a lot about the mixed up noises the animals made to trick the baddies! Enjoy!

📖📘🐸 New book bags! 🐸📘📖

Most of you have now been able to take home a school book in your new book bags. We hope you have enjoyed sharing these at home as a family. You do not need to bring them in every day but anytime you’re ready to change the book inside. We will leave these out for you to collect at pick up time in a box on the slope up to the Lily Pad or on the table outside the Pond. Happy Reading! 📖

What would you find on the farm?

This half term our focus is all about the farm. I wonder if you have visited a farm before? We have been reading our key text, ‘What the Ladybird heard,’ listening to farm animal noises, talking about Mummy and baby names for animals and playing with lots of small world . We have also been shopping in the farm shop and painting pigs to add to our display board! We shall add some more photos of our amazing creations as we create our own Froglets farmyard!

Christmas in Froglets! 🎄

We have had a wonderful week of festive craft and play and are still completing some lovely activities to take home soon! We have been filming our Christmas singing which we will share with you next week too.

Thank you for all your support this term… we look forward to welcoming you back in 2022 and meeting some new faces too! Have a happy and healthy Christmas! The Froglets team x
